Cancellation and Refund Policy :-

"Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your booking. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer cancellation and refund facilities."

If you are unable to make it on the date you booked, we highly recommend moving the booking to a different date. This can be done up to a week before the date of stay. We recommend moving the date so that you don’t lose any money. This is a better option than cancelling. Here are the cancellation and refund details.

In order to cancel any booking confirmed through the website, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions below:

• • In any case, you plan to cancel your booking, then you will have to pay some cancellation charges. The cancellation charge fee is decided based on the date of your booking.
• • If you find that already the seats are filled, make sure to contact our customer care before registering your seats.
• • The amount will be non-refundable if you cancel the booking a day before or within a few days of the stay.
• • No refund will be given in case of unforeseen weather conditions or special festivals like Diwali, Christmas, Eid etc.

The cancellation refunds will take 2 working days to come through and the amount will be credited to the same bank account through which the booking is made.
